When becoming a resident, a move-in coordinator will assist you during the entire process, from staging and selling your old home, to unpacking the last box in the new one. Your move-in coordinator can answer any questions you may have and will make the process as smooth as possible.

Firstly, new residents will pick the floor plan they like best. With a wide variety of different sizes and layouts, there is a comfortable floor plan for everyone. Residents may choose among a variety of deluxe studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom den and two-bedroom apartment layouts.

Recent apartment renovations at Cherry Hill allow new residents to choose their new décor. Residents can choose new paint colors and flooring options before they move in. They may choose wall colors, and whether they want carpet, hard wood, or vinyl flooring. Your move-in coordinator will show you samples of these options, so you may pick what you like best.

Along with these options, renovated apartments come with brand-new appliances, countertops, and light fixtures, as well as additional options like window treatments. If you prefer your existing light fixtures or window treatments, maintenance staff can install these for you in your new apartment. They can also help move furniture, unpack, and add the finishing touches, like hanging pictures.
