Other Cadbury at Cherry Hill residential packages do not have the LifeCare option, but offer various discounts on the monthly fee or a 90 percent refundable plan for assets.

There is still a lot to pay for even after you have paid off your mortgage.”

For their fees, Cadbury at Cherry Hill residents receive a daily meal, housekeeping service, bi-weekly linen service, transportation, trash removal, access to on-site health care, and most utilities.

In addition, residents have access to many different amenities on campus, such as a post office, heated pool, fitness center, art studio, library, corner store, and more. Many current residents did not have such close access to these services prior to moving to the community.

One of the biggest financial benefits of Cadbury at Cherry Hills stems form their Quaker philosophy: if a Cadbury at Cherry Hill resident out-lives their savings and assets, the community will still provide care. 

“Many people I talk to say ‘I wish I didn’t wait that long to move in,’” Korman said. “With everything that Cadbury offers, there is nothing to lose with visiting and seeing if it is a good fit.”
